- Cold Forming of Hollow MS Components to required size using Hydraulic system.
- Automatic Spot Welding machine using Stepper motor.
- Development of Pneumatic Indexer and Stepper motor Indexer.
- Low cost motorised Pick and Place arm.
- Oscillation fixture using Stepper motor and Pneumatic system (It replace sliding fixture and reduces cycle time significantly).
- Roll forming head, Crimping Head, Roll Grooving.
- Mould Development for components of Injection Moulding.
