Automatic Spraying SPM for two varieties of Washers for Innova Rubbers, Ambad, Nashik:
This is a first Turn Key project which is a Semi Automatic Machine designed and manufactured using Pneumatic and PLC to spray two varieties of Washers as per requirements at a time. Single operator is required to load the both varieties of components. Operator has to load the components once in 10 minutes and for the rest of time he is free to do another work. This SPM is not provided any bowl feeder for orientation of Components. Hence it’s a very appropriate and low cost system developed for the application. (ROI is less than 1 year).
