Design and developed Cleat Type Conveyor with auto counting system for Krishna Writings Pvt. Ltd. Nashik.
In which the automatic Pen assembly machine of Krishna Writing is attached with cleat conveyor. Also on auto assembly machine we provided auto pen counting system using PLC and Pneumatic system which count the feeded number of pens and collect it in a pneumatic controlled bin which after completing the counting opens up in slit conveyor and conveyor moves ahead for another cycle and this way cycle repeats.
